Sri Krishna loved Brindavan so much that He converted a thorny place into greenery. We have been visiting various places here for the past a few days and this pilgrimage with so many pilgrims is going to end and we are to travel to Kurukshetra. In the seven days in Brindavan, we listened to Srimad Bhagavatha puranam. All these were possible because of Sri Rangji Mandir and the Chief Administrator Sri Swamiji of the temple. This temple was built some hundred years ago. In the Bagicha [garden ] of the temple the lectures were arranged. [ Comments by TGS: In this place only in May-June , 1994, Sri Mukkur Swami, performed Sri Swati Maha yagnam for 32 days].

On the final day Ashtaakshara homam and Sri Sudarsana Homam were performed. Vedic punditss fromNagapattinamKumbakonamThiruvindalurTherazhundur and Mannargudi conducted.

It was done for the general welfare of all. In the afternoon, Sri Krishna and Sri Rukmini wedding celebrations were done.
Sri Rukmini Kalyanam

Daily the Lord was decorated as the small child on the Banyan leaf or SriRajagopalaswamy, etc. We have to now see the 38th sloka. He describes yet another great feature of the Gyana, He talked about.

In this world, there is nothing so sublime and pure as transcendental knowledge. Such knowledge is the mature fruit of all mysticism. And one who has achieved this enjoys the self within himself in due course of time.
"In this world, there is nothing so sublime and pure as transcendental knowledge. Such knowledge is the mature fruit of all mysticism. And one who has become accomplished in the practice of devotional service enjoys this knowledge within himself in due course of time."

Earlier we saw that Gyana, as a boat, would safely make us to cross the ocean of papa and as a fire would burn away all the sins accumulated. A third example is given here. Fire not only destroys but also removes the unwanted, and refines. Any material is sanctified by fire, gold is an example. Similarly, our ages old sins are removed by this Atman gyana fire and refines us. Iha = here, na hi= without, jnanene = Atman gyanapavitram = sanctifies, na vidyate = not seen. Is this possible? Or, is Sri Krishna telling some impossible things? Tat = such an Atman gyanasvayam = without external help, yoga samsiddha = a Karma yogi, kalena = during the course of time, vindati = attains, atmani = AtmanNo great efforts are needed but simply practice anyone of the Karma yoga, listed by Sri Krishna, continuously and without external aid, with one's own effort, will yield Atman sakshatkaram. Like a wind drifting the clouds hiding the Sun, Gyana of the Karma yoga will clear all our sins and make us to have vision of Atman
A function has been arranged at 1030 in the morning on 11th November, 2007, at Kamarajar Arangam in Anna salaiTeynampet, Chennai. Some great Octogenarians , who have selflessly toiled will be honoured. Sri Tridandi Sriman Narayana jeer graces the occasion by coming all the way from Andhra Pradesh, and delivers a lecture on Hindu Dharma. He is running a blind school, for the visually challenged ones, and school for hill tribes children.
